Subtropical Storm Don develops near Bermuda

FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber is watching Subtropical Storm Don, which formed early Friday morning. He says it is out in the Atlantic, just east of Bermuda. Weber says the storm will stay over open water and will not impact the United States. Otherwise, it is quiet in the tropics.
