Record-breaking water temperatures keeping tropics calm

FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg says we probably have about 13 more named storms in the 2023 hurricane season. He says Saharan dust continues to roll off the coast of Africa, but he expects it to dissipate in about a week. Osterberg says things are quiet and he does not expect anything for form over the next few days.
