Pinellas deputies stop runaway boat

Officials say Deputy Travis Fernandes and his partner, Deputy Jillian Constant, matched the boat’s speed and jumped onboard to take control. Deputies warn that civilians who see a runaway boat should call the Sheriff’s Office or Coast Guard.
