Atlantic system may strengthen over weekend

FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber is keeping an eye on the tropics as the end of hurricane season draws closer. He says a low is forecast has a 50% chance of developing in the Atlantic along a frontal boundary. Weber says it could acquire some tropical or subtropical characteristics, but it will remain over open waters.
