Trial: Man accused of killing pregnant girlfriend

Jay Rodriguez will take his chances with a jury this week after being accused of violently beating his pregnant girlfriend, Jennifer Barreras, three years ago. According to detectives, Rodriguez attacked Barreras while she was six months pregnant.
