Hospital patient dumping causes crisis

Homelessness is hitting hard in Polk County. A provider there is overwhelmed with patients that are being dumped on their their doorsteps by hospitals across the state. Talbot House Ministries in Lakeland said it's an escalating crisis and there needs to be a solution.
