Tampa weather | lower rain chances in Bay area

FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg took a look at rain chances for Monday and previewed some storms on Tuesday and then took a look at the tropics, most notably Hurricane Beryl which makes its way toward the Caribbean as a major Category 3 storm.
