Saharan dust in Atlantic could begin breaking up

FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber broke down the tropical moisture we're seeing and said areas of light wind shear are appearing more in the eastern Atlantic behind Saharan dust. He added that the Saharn dust could be breaking up soon as we move into August.
