Man wanted for Julio Foolio murder arrested: Police
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Rashad Murphy was arrested on Tuesday after a standoff with law enforcement. Investigators say he was identified as one of the shooters that killed Charles Jones, also known by his stage name Julio Foolio, in June.
