Tampa weather | heat early, storms later Tuesday

FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg said our heat index should surpass 100 degrees on Tuesday before showers and storms roll in to the Tampa Bay area. He said that's a pattern we can expect for the week. He also broke down the latest tropical disturbance in the Atlantic.
