Tampa weather | scattered showers all over area

FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg said to expect scattered showers and thunderstorms all over the Tampa Bay area on Tuesday after a rainy Memorial Day. He also analyzed some areas in the tropics worth monitoring.
