Teen accused of murdering his mother in Auburndale

According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, a 17-year-old was arrested for killing his mother on Sunday evening. Sheriff Grady Judd said Collin Griffith of Port Charlotte was charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and violation of no-contact order.
