Helene becomes a hurricane as it heads for Florida

FOX 13 meteorologists are tracking Hurricane Helene, which became a Category 1 storm on Wednesday. It's expected to strengthen into a major hurricane before making landfall in Florida's Big Bend area Thursday night. The Tampa Bay area will feel impacts Thursday.
