Generator theft in Tampa Bay area

Drive through some of the Tampa Bay area's intersections that are still without traffic lights, and they can be crazy. Power crews are working as quickly as they can to turn everything back on. And, some of them watched a man try to steal a generator that was powering one of those traffic lights.
