Remnants of Sara bringing heavy rain to Florida
FOX 13 News Meteorologist Valerie Mills says the remnants of Tropical Storm Sara are now moving through the Gulf of Mexico, bringing a round of rain to Florida late Tuesday through Wednesday. Parts of the panhandle will get the heaviest rain and the Tampa Bay Area will only get an inch or two of rain, according to Mills. There are no tropical formations expected within the next seven days. Mills says Sara may be the last named storm of hurricane season.
