FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg says the afternoon high will stay in the 50s on Tuesday with on-and-off rain into Wednesday. The chill stays with us until this weekend, when our next warmup begins. North of the Tampa Bay area, part of Florida is under a winter storm warning with snow and ice expected.
