SPD ID's 'elderly woman as hit-and-run suspect

FOX 13's Kimberly Kuizon says the Sarasota Police Department believes a 73-year-old woman was the driver in a deadly Monday night hit-and-run that resulted in the death of a 2-year-old and a 5-month old, and critically injured their 29-year-old mother.
