Two arrested in fraud scheme that led to murder

FOX 13's Evyn Moon reports that the remains of a missing man were found buried in the backyard of one of the suspects in Valrico, according to Hillsborough County detectives. Detectives say they observed Joseph Schiliro trying to take mail from the victim's residence after he was reported missing on Jan. 16.
