Florida bill could reshape ‘tipping culture’

Florida lawmakers have introduced legislation that, if passed, would ban automatic gratuity and service charges for parties of fewer than six guests at restaurants. There could also be changes impacting larger parties. FOX 13's Regina Gonzalez reports.
