Helping addicted babies

A baby being born is supposed to be a joyful occasion. But for thousands of families each year in Florida, it can be frightening and uncertain if the mom and newborn baby are addicted to drugs. Today, we met a mother who's been there and back. She said a major donation like this will change so many lives.
