Burglars hit cars in Winter Haven

The crimes occurred between May 1 and June 3. Winter Haven police said 72 of the vehicles were locked, and the point of entry was smashing car windows. Police said in most cases, center consoles and glove compartments were gone through, but no items were stolen.
