Tampa mayor discusses her first New Year’s Eve party

Mayor Jane Castor joined Good Day Tampa Bay to discuss this year’s New Year’s celebration in Tampa, taking place in three different areas. She is calling it a new tradition, named the ‘New Yarrgh’s Eve Booty Drop.’
