The Tampa Police Department pushed back Thursday on accusations that officers used rubber bullets and tear gas to disperse peaceful protesters. A letter from Hillsborough County's black elected officials called for answers from TPD on its use of force practices, especially during local protests in response to George Floyd's death in Minneapolis.
