Sarasota, Manatee hospitals say space is not the issue

It's staffing. Sarasota Memorial and Manatee Memorial have seen the ages of hospitalizations decrease, but the number of cases in the ICU is still increasing. The hospitals say they are capable of handling the patient-load in terms of beds, but staffing is about to become a big issue.
