Polk County Youth Fair celebrates Florida agriculture

Despite the pandemic and added precautions, the Polk County Youth Fair continues it's tradition of inspiring youth in agriculture. Charley headed to the Polk County Agriculture Complex in Bartow for a look at the kids and their cattle who will compete for blue ribbons.
