Clearwater man accused in Capitol attack out on bond
Federal prosecutors say Robert Palmer was captured on video spraying a fire extinguisher at Capitol police and then throwing the empty canister at them. Now the Clearwater man is facing federal charges in his involvement in the U.S. Capitol riots of January 6 but a federal judge allowed him to remain out on bond until his trial.
