Tropical Update; October 28, 2021

A nor’easter, or non-tropical low, is spinning off the coast of New England, bringing heavy rain and strong wind to the area. FOX 13 meteorologist Jim Weber says as the cold-core system moves toward the east it will encounter warm water and may acquire some tropical characteristics, but it will not impact the United States.
