Manatee Viewing Center back open
After a long hiatus due to the pandemic, the TECO Manatee Viewing Center is opening back up on Nov. 1. When temperatures cool off, manatees head to warmer waters, such as the power plant's discharge canal. It's a place for manatee fans to see them in-person. There will be some safety rules in place at the center.
