Tampa program brings the arts to kids

ArtReach is a City of Tampa program that helps bring art experiences to youth at no cost, including music classes, art performance and theatre. The music portion for instance provides basic instruction on the guitar, ukulele, or keyboard. Students also have the opportunity to earn their own instruments by becoming musical mentors. Their goal is to empower youth through musical and artistic engagement.
