Gov. DeSantis touts EBT card restrictions

Florida could see tighter rules on how state welfare dollars are spent. Governor Ron DeSantis was in Tampa on Monday to announce a new plan that targets what he called "non-essential purchases" for low-income Floridians. FOX 13's Ariel Plasencia reports.
