Sheriff Judd: Flock Camera removal hindered manhunt

The Polk County Sheriff is blasting the decision by the governor to pull Flock cameras, which read license plates, from state roads. Sheriff Grady Judd says the effort to find a video voyeur suspect would've had a better chance at success if deputies had been able to track his car. FOX 13's Evan Axelbank reports.
