Storm surge watches, warnings in effect for most of Gulf Coast in Tampa Bay area

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Storm surge watches or warnings are in effect for most of the counties in the Tampa Bay area along the coastline due to Hurricane Debby. 

A warning means there is a danger of life-threatening inundation from rising water moving inland from the coastline.
