Lightning strike believed to cause Spring Hill house fire

SPRING HILL, Fla. - One person was treated for smoke inhalation following a house fire in Spring Hill.

Hernando County firefighters responded to the fire in the 2600 block of Royal Ridge Drive. They said they have the fire under control.

Fire officials said it appears to have started from a lightning strike.

The State Fire Marshal was requested to investigate.
