Search for missing jet skier continues
A dive team with the Florida Wildlife Commission is searching for a missing jet skier in a lake near Kingsbury Circle in Tampa.
Officials say 28-year-old Eduardo Godfrey and 24-year-old Jeno Wesley fell off a jet ski around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday. Wesley was wearing a life jacket and was able to get back on the jet ski.
Wesley tried to throw a life jacket to Godfrey, but he didn't surface.
