'Suspicious circumstances' around body found in Sarasota hotel, police say
SARASOTA, Fla. - Police in Sarasota are investigating after a body was found Thursday afternoon at a hotel off University Parkway.
According to police, the body of a male was found inside a room at the Hyatt Place Hotel around 12:30 p.m. They are calling the death "suspicious" but the medical examiner will have to determine the exact cause of death.
No other details were immediately available.
