Unlicensed contractors arrested in Hillsborough County bust
TAMPA, Fla. (FOX 13) - More than a dozen unlicensed contractors have been arrested in a bust in Hillsborough County.
Deputies say 15 unlicensed contractors were arrested and there are charges pending on five more in what the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is calling a "major construction fraud investigation."
Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister planned to released more details of the investigation Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m.
