Eagle in viral video known to Bay Area bird rescuers
Eugene the eagle was first rescued in Bradenton in 2017 after fracturing her leg. She was in rehab for about a month during a time in her life when she should have been learning to hunt, according to her rescuers. Now they say it appears Eugene is be looking for easy meals, snatching fish from fishermen and also having been spotted stealing food from osprey nests.
