Dunkin' worker who punched customer sentenced
A Tampa Dunkin' worker accused of punching and killing a 77-year-old customer for calling him the "N" word will spend 2 years on house arrest after pleading guilty to felony battery. Prosecutors said the sentence took into account the "despicable racial slur" and verbal abuse the victim used, along with the worker's "lack of intent to cause the victim's death."
