Officer mentored by fallen brother remembers courageous acts

For almost eight years, Tampa officers Michael Strom and Jesse Madsen rode side by side as partners. Storm saw Madsen as a mentor and even made him his child's godfather. He says Madsen will be remembered for numerous acts of courage.
