Quadruple murder suspect tortured young girl, showed no remorse for killings, Sheriff Grady Judd says

Sheriff Grady Judd said Bryan Riley confessed to murdering a Lakeland family of four, and told detectives he tortured the 11-year-old girl before counting down from three and shooting her multiple times, believing he had killed her as well.
