2 children, 2 adults burned after fireworks went off in road rage shooting
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Two children and two adults suffered burns after someone fired shots into their vehicle, causing fireworks to go off inside it, according to the Harris County Fire Marshal's Office.
The shooting happened on the 1800 block of West Mt. Houston Rd. The Fire Marshal's Office says it was a result of road rage. The fireworks were inside the car when they were hit by gunfire.
Two, possibly three, people are being transported via LifeFlight to the hospital.
The extent of the burns are unknown at this time.
Harris County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident.
