6-foot python interrupts PGA match
MALAYSIA (FOX 13) - A python had to be removed from the green during a PGA match on Friday before round two of the CIMB Classic could begin.
The 6- to 7-foot baby python made itself at home on the fifth green of the TPC Kuala Lumpur golf course in Malaysia.
It took at least five grounds workers to capture the snake and release it a safe distance away from the playing green.
The PGA tweeted photos and a few jokes about the wild run-in as the situation unfolded.
