Chipotle is testing a boozy new tequila drink
NEW YORK - Chipotle may be adding a new alcoholic beverage to its menu to join the frozen margarita it launched in 2013.
The fast casual restaurant chain is testing a Frozen Paloma Margarita at its NEXT Kitchen in New York City.
The boozy drink is made with Sauza Tequila, grapefruit juice, agave syrup and citrus juice, according to The Daily Meal.
The website reports the drink costs $6.20 for a 14-ounce cup.
If the Frozen Paloma Margarita is added to more Chipotle menus, it will join the regular margarita and beer which are currently sold at select locations.
