Fallen veterans honored, remembered at Warrior Walk

LAKELAND (FOX 13) - Veterans were honored and remembered at the annual Warrior Walk in Lakeland Saturday morning.

The event was held at the First Presbyterian Church and included a walk around Lake Hollingsworth.

Crosses to remember individual service members were on display on the church's lawn.

FOX 13 reporter Ken Suarez was in attendance along with dozens of other participants.

All proceeds from the annual event will go to the Global War on Terrorism Freedom Memorial.
