Charley hangs with Mike Alstott at Topgolf

TAMPA (FOX 13) - Charley met Mike Alstott at Topgolf on Tuesday morning to hit some balls and talk about the upcoming Alstott Topgolf Challenge.

Mike Alstott is most well-known in the Tampa Bay area for his 12 years playing for the Buccaneers, but these days his attention is focused on helping out the community. In the 2007 off-season, Alstott and his wife Nicole formed the Mike Alstott Family Foundation. The foundation's mission is to “uplift the minds, hearts and spirits of families and children on their way to realizing their full potential through various events, assistance programs and celebrations.”

The foundation’s next event will be at Topgolf Brandon on Sunday, October 16: the Alstott Topgolf Challenge.

The ticket price includes game play, food and drink specials. There will also be raffles for prizes including a suite at a Bucs game, autographed items, golf accessories and more. All proceeds will go to the Mike Alstott Family Foundation.
