4-year-old killed in Bradenton hit-and-run crash
BRADENTON (FOX 13) - The search for the driver who killed a 4-year-old boy in a hit-and-run crash continues.
It happened Thursday night on Highway 41, just north of 69th Avenue in Bradenton. Daniel Marez was crossing the street when he was hit; the driver kept going.
Troopers have released two possible descriptions of the vehicle involved: either a 2001 to 2005 Ford Explorer with two doors and a metallic gold or beige color, or a four-door Explorer Sport Trac that's missing its right-side parking lens.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Florida Highway Patrol.
