Beryl forecast to become hurricane before landfall

According to to FOX 13 News Meteorologist Valerie Mills, Tropical Storm Beryl is expected to make landfall somewhere on the south coast of Texas. Mills says it is expected to continue to strengthen over the next day and a half as it is sitting over very warm Gulf waters.
